Children/Youth Ministry

All of our children's and youth ministries are optional. It is not our desire to create a separate youth sub-culture. The Bible consistently and explicitly gives the primary responsibility for teaching children to their parents. Nursery, child and youth ministries in a church can help, strengthen, confirm, and reinforce what parents are teaching, but they will never be the primary or substantial influence on our children. TBC seeks to come along side parents in that role, not to take it from them.

From the moment your child can read until they're 80!

Charles and Tina Moser are trophies of God's redeeming grace. Currently, they are studying the Old Testament (the Law, Psalms, and Prophets) with our children, in order to point them to Christ and to reiterate His command to "Come."  The children are having a wonderful time, being biblical detectives, and discovering that every page of the Old Testament is saturated with the Living Water. The children are excited about learning how to read the bible and to back up their thoughts and ideas with biblical PROOF! It is the Mosers' prayer that God will open the minds of our children to understand the Scriptures (Luke 24:45)!

Teens

Lacey and Vicki Wallace have been married for 27 years and have 2 children. They teach the "Teens Learning Christ" (TLC) Sunday school class. Both Lacey and Vicki testify to God's greatness, goodness and faithfulness. "If we keep our eyes on Jesus, we walk on smooth, flat paths. But when we look away, we stumble. He is there to pick us up and put us back on the straight and narrow path. He makes everything work for our good."
